As the name speaks, the 3 weeks of this module focuses on bringing clarity through unlearning and learning key skills for an elevated consciousness. The journey here involves understanding our default patterns of communication that originate from our thoughts, beliefs, mindset and our ability to manage our emotions. We will do some deep work while learning about our emotions and knowing how to manage them instead of masking or controlling them. These tools further equip you to understand the deeper dynamics of human interactions by learning about what makes people say what they say or do what they do, even when that’s not who they want to be.

Kick-ass awareness of yourself and the outcomes you produce from each interaction. Building deep confidence that stays.

These are the 5 weeks where you learn a simple (but not easy) model that takes conscious practice for effectiveness. The NVC model of Observation - Feelings - Needs - Request will fit your need for effectiveness with words in over 90% of your human interactions. Each classroom unravels the science of effective conversations and makes you practically apply each tool you learn.
